New vacancy: Finance Admin Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for a Finance Admin Assistant based in the Finance department in our Cheadle offices.  Duties will include assisting the Finance team with a range of activities, including checking and querying data, transferring data between systems, producing MI to analyse and correct information.  A pragmatic approach and previous experience of using Sage is essential. This is a full time and permanent role.

Criteria/skills:

- Previous Sage experience – essential

- Accurate, with good attention to detail

- Intermediate MS Excel skills

- An aptitude for data analysis

- Confident, strong communication skills

- Precise and methodical

- Able to work unsupervised and use own initiative

Discovering Loch Lomond and The Trossachs

During the first quarter of 2012 APS Group Scotland have undertaken a number jobs providing tourism collateral for Loch Lomond and The Trossachs. This has included creating the design and artwork of leaflets such as the leaflet for the Killin Heritage Trail which provides tourists with details about the village of Killin.

 

Along with developing creative executions, APS Group Scotland has also managed and distributed a range of printed items such as a detailed brochure of the Loch Lomond Byelaws to posters and signage.

The above projects are part of APS Group Scotland’s work with the team at Loch Lomond and The Trossachs as part of the contract with the Scottish Government and its collaborative partners.
